Mario Marušić
Project DeveloperMario is a front-end developer, building the parts of a website people see and use: page layouts, navigation, and how everything looks and behaves on any device. He has worked with us since day one, turning our designs into fast, lightweight sites from his base in Croatia.
Neil Matthews
System AdministratorNeil has close to twenty years' experience in systems administration, site management and content migration. He keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes, from server configuration to the careful transfer of content between platforms.
Our network
We build each team around the project. When the work calls for it, we bring in specialists from our network, including copywriters, photographers, illustrators, animators and accessibility testers. Each is someone we've worked with before and trust in front of our clients.

Sustainability StrategistRida is a sustainability strategist, academic tutor at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and an accredited leadership coach. She helps organisations and individual change makers drive innovative and commercially viable strategies for a sustainable future.

Transition AgencyGeoff is co-lead of Transition Agency, which helps medium-sized businesses capitalise on emerging opportunities and reduce costs in increasingly turbulent times. He also co-founded Future-Fit Foundation, and is lead author of the Future-Fit Business Benchmark.
Evan Larbi
Studio JunctionFounder of Studio Junction, Evan is a brand and user experience strategist collaborating with companies on their products and businesses. He helps people make websites and apps that their audiences enjoy, and then supports them in telling their story.
Damion Viney
Co-AccountingDamion runs Co-Accounting, an accountancy practice specialising in business development and support. He works closely with small business owners to help them create the business they want.
