We’re hiring: Part-time Impact Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Impact Partnership Manager to help us maintain and improve the websites we’ve created for mission-driven organisations. If you have experience managing website support, coordinating design and development teams, and improving processes, we’d love to hear from you.

Overview

  • Job type: Permanent, flexible part-time (16 hours per week)
  • Location: Fully remote (must be UK-based and able to attend meetings and away days)
  • Salary: £15-18k per annum

The opportunity

As our Impact Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the long-term success of the websites we build for mission-driven organisations. From managing ongoing support and maintenance to optimising workflows and coordinating designers and developers, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.

This role offers the chance to be part of a small, purpose-driven, values-led team that prioritises meaningful work, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll be able to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and shape how we deliver ongoing support. Your work will help our clients continue making a positive impact through their digital platforms.

Ideally, you will have experience managing website maintenance and support in an agency or similar setting, and you’re looking to join a team where you can contribute, grow, and help refine how we support organisations making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance

  • Schedule and manage routine maintenance and testing for around 20 websites
  • Ensure websites are achieving carbon and accessibility scores
  • Coordinate improvements, upgrades and security

Support

  • Respond to client support tickets and extra work orders as they arise
  • Liaise with designers and developers to action requests as necessary
  • Develop and maintain a support knowledge base in Notion

Strategic planning

  • Arrange, prepare and lead regular website strategy calls with clients
  • Follow up on and programme new projects that arise

Continuous improvement

  • Make recommendations to improve existing systems and processes
  • Explore ways to improve efficiency through automation and AI integration

Onboarding, contracting and renewals

  • Lead the onboarding process with new clients
  • Manage client invoicing
  • Support Founders with contracting and renewals process

Experience and competencies

  • Technical proficiency: Solid understanding of website hosting, maintenance, and support.
  • Project management: Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and oversee a team of designers and developers.
  • Problem-solving: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions promptly.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
  • Process improvement: Experience in streamlining workflows, focusing on automation and AI integration.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to evolving challenges.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous in ensuring all aspects of maintenance and support meet high-quality standards.
  • Client focus: Dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of mission-driven organisations.
